NPST and the Teacher Competency Assessment
This training equips educators with a strategic understanding of the NPST framework's architecture. Participants will examine the conceptual logic behind the domains and standards, focusing on the shift to competency-based career progression. The course emphasizes practical implementation: how to interpret performance indicators, document evidence for appraisals, and strategically plan the required 50 hours of annual CPD. Learners will acquire a roadmap to navigate from Proficient to Expert by aligning daily practice with professional growth benchmarks. Certificate eligibility also requires completing the Teacher Competency Assessment (TCA) on SAARTHI. Recording access is available through 22 June 2026. Participants can complete the SAARTHI TCA now; watching the recording first is optional for now.
